France is in favour of re-opening the internal borders of Europe from the 15th June, without quatorzaine, announced by the prime minister Edouard Philippe.
international co-ordination is, however, necessary for this re-opening. Inside Europe, the epidemic is slowing down. If the health situation allows it, then the reopening will have on June 15.
