The bulk carrier MV Wakashio aground on a reef in Mauritius, and dumped 1,000 tons of fuel oil on the ribs is broken in two, announced on Sunday its owner, the company Mitsui OSK Lines.
“It has been confirmed on August 15 that the ship had broken in two,” announced Mitsui OSK Lines in a press release, stating that the information came from the owner, Nagashiki Shipping.
