Walmart stores are open Presidents Day, Monday, Feb. 20, 2017, the third federal holiday of 2017.

As for store hours, most Walmarts are sticking to normal hours of operation, which is 7 a.m. (EST) through midnight. Stores that are normally open 24 hours a day are also sticking to those hours, according to store websites. Walmart normally only closes one day of the year, Christmas Day.

Traditionally Presidents Day sales focus on tech and home goods, and Walmart is offering a number of sales in those departments including, mattresses, bed frames, some vacuums and exercise equipment.

Walmart is also introducing its 2-day free shipping on a number of items you can purchase from the website.
