Caroline Leclerc, owner of the Rose Bon Bon boutique, shares her surprise.

“This morning, when I arrived, I said to myself: am I going to open my store? And I’ll tell you that the traffic is still present, it’s surprising. We have brave people who come to the store, last-minute people, ”she says.

According to some merchants, customers would have organized their purchases according to the storm, and would thus have been numerous to do their shopping on Thursday, December 22.

Shannon Desbiens, owner of the bookstore Les Bouquinistes, testifies to this.
