Libertas 7 obtained a net profit of 2.3 million euros in 2023, a figure 54% higher than in 2022, as reported by the financial investment and real estate management company.
Libertas 7’s revenues amounted to 13.4 million euros last year, with an increase of 16.4% compared to the previous year, while its gross operating result (Ebitda) totaled 3.1 million euros, a 45.8% more.
The three areas of activity in which Libertas 7 operates (Investments, Real Estate and Tourism) grew in income and volume of operations and met investment objectives.
Specifically, the real estate area improved its income by 4.5%, to 7.7 million euros, with a portfolio of contracts and reserves of 13.9 million euros (13.1%) and a stock pending sales worth 15.3 million euros, 10.7% more than in 2022.
For its part, the Libertas 7 tourism area recorded revenues of 3.2 million euros in 2023, 25.1% higher than in 2022 and 43% higher than in 2019, before the pandemic.
Finally, the company’s investment area increased its annual income by 56.1%, to 2.6 million euros.
Despite increasing its investments in the three areas, Libertas 7 reduced its net financial debt by 8.1% at the end of 2023, reaching 30.5 million euros.
Regarding the dividend policy, the company distributed a total of 739,000 euros in 2023 corresponding to a complementary dividend for fiscal year 2022 (0.015 euros) and an interim dividend on the results of 2023 (0.02 euros), 16. 4% more than that distributed in 2022.
In this way, the company highlights, the gross dividend per share in 2023 amounted to 0.035 euros, which represents a gross dividend yield of 3.85% based on the closing price of 2022.
