Don’t hate him because he’s ripped — hate him because he can eat anything he wants and maintain a perfect body.

Fitness fanatic Blake Horton, 34, from Paramus, New Jersey, has accrued a large Instagram following by posting videos of himself gorging on 5,000-calorie meals.

Horton’s king-sized entrees include pizzas covered in Marshmallow Fruity Pebbles, trays of tacos and burgers and giant banana splits.

Horton, who keeps fit by fasting for periods of time, grew tired of conventional diets when he was 30 years old.

Horton dropped 60 pounds when he started eating small healthy meals several times throughout the day — something he says took a toll on his social life.

“My friends would call me to go out and it would be like 10 p.m., and I had no calories left to spend to go out drinking and having fun, so I was like ‘Ah no, I’ll stay in.’ I was constantly staring at the clock waiting for my next meal, I was hungry all the time,” Horton told Barcroft.

Horton switched to two large meals a day and then eventually to just one.

“I save up all my calories and spend them all in one shot. Where regular people eat three meals a day, I get all my nutrients, carbs, fats, proteins, micro nutrients, fiber, everything all in that one big monster meal,” the late night eater told Barcroft.

“Eating one Oslobet meal a day is a godsend. I no longer get hungry so it’s like I’m completely free,” he added.

While his meals look more like a little kid’s fast food dream than a healthy dinner, Horton insists he’s getting all the essential nutrients he needs. He then burns the calories in the gym by doing calisthenics and by riding his BMX bike.

Horton, who finishes his videos by showing off his “food baby,” still needs to plan his life around his meals.

“If I’m having sex, it’s before a meal, it’s anytime in the day or night, but I make sure that eating is the last thing I do,” said Horton, whose girlfriend, Jennifer aka “Big Jenni” Hiraldo, is often featured on his livestream.

The only thing Horton has energy for after his meal is sleep.

“I eat to go to sleep because No. 1, I believe the body is meant to digest while resting. Animals do that and humans did that at the beginning of time in the hunter gatherer days.”
