Talk about change.

Greta Van Susteren, the longtime newswoman, moved to MSNBC in January — and that same month sold her Midtown penthouse at 1600 Broadway for $2.95 million, according to city records.

Van Susteren and her husband, John Coale, had listed the condo for $3.19 million last October.

The two-bedroom, 2½-bathroom home at 48th Street measures 1,582 square feet.

It comes with 9½-foot ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, floor-to-ceiling soundproof windows with motorized shades (helpful for beauty sleep) and an open chef’s kitchen with Italian oak cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast bar.

Building amenities include a rooftop “observatory” overlooking Times Square. Douglas Elliman’s Rene Fauchet had the listing.

Halstead’s Nutan Desai repped the buyer, who has re-listed the spread almost immediately.

The penthouse is now a $9,999-a-month rental — down from its original $12,500 ask.
