Parasite (Joon-ho Bong)
The Palme d’or in 2019, in black and white version. The narrative power is remarkable, including all the pleasure of a breathless thriller that the social analysis and relevant policy, requires as much. But, naturally, the black and white reinforces the social satire, centre our gaze on the characters, hollow traits to make them more frightening, brings a rawness to the scenes of misery, accentuates the cruelty room.

A son (Mehdi Barsaoui)
A film of rare power. The director enables us to cross many of the characters that translate the Tunisia of today. With a camera on the shoulder closer to the characters, closer to their pain.
