Actress, director and screenwriter Lake Bell’s historic Clinton Hill townhouse at 119 Vanderbilt Ave. is in contract.

The six-bedroom, four-bathroom property, built around 1850, was most recently asking $2.29 million.

There were multiple offers on the home, we hear, which she shared with husband Scott Campbell — a tattoo artist to the stars — and their daughter Nova, 2. (The couple, who are expecting a second child, have decamped to Los Angeles.)

The four-story townhouse is 20 feet wide and comes renovated with original details intact, including four woodburning, marble-mantled fireplaces, wainscoting, tin ceilings, moldings, exposed brick, and hand-nailed wide-plank floors, according to the listing.

There’s also a cellar and a landscaped private garden, with its own woodburning fireplace and a stone wall.

The home opens to a foyer and parlor level with a living room, dining room and an open kitchen with industrial-style light fixtures and a vintage butcher block with copper siding.

A dramatic curved staircase leads to a master suite with a walk-in closet and an ensuite spa-like bathroom with a claw-foot soaking tub. Next comes a loft-style atelier with two skylights and storage.

Bell bought the home for $1.55 million in 2013, according to city property records.

It was asking $3 million with a different brokerage last year.

The listing brokers who got the deal done are Rachel Simons, Ryan Serhant and Talia McKinney, of Nest Seekers International.
