The former CEO Marcelino Oreja was compensated with 1.63 million euros

Antonio Llardén received a remuneration of 1.83 million euros in 2022 as Chairman of Enagás, while Arturo Gonzalo, who became CEO on February 21 of last year, received a total of 1.62 million euro.
According to the report on the remuneration of the Enagás directors sent to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), Llardén ceased his executive functions on March 31, the date on which his contract was terminated without receiving No compensation in your favor. Thereafter, he serves as non-executive chairman.
This explains why his remuneration has been reduced by 14.19% compared to 2021, when he received 2.14 million as the company’s executive president.
Of the 1.83 million received by Llardén in 2022, 976,000 euros correspond to remuneration in cash, 509,000 to consolidated financial instruments, 321,000 to remuneration for savings systems and 33,000 for other concepts.
As for Arturo Gonzalo, of the 1.62 million with which he was paid in 2022, 1.33 million constituted his remuneration in cash, 191,000 euros for savings systems and 99,000 for other concepts.
Marcelino Oreja, the previous CEO of the company, received a total remuneration of 2.3 million in 2022, of which 1.63 million correspond to his compensation upon leaving office on February 21, 2022.
Regarding the board of directors, the total remuneration amounted to 7.88 million euros, of which 6.19 million corresponded to cash remuneration.
The average remuneration of Enagás employees in 2022 amounted to 75,000 euros, which represents an increase of 2.74% compared to the 73,000 euros of the previous year.
