It will distribute an interim dividend for the 2023 financial year, which will be paid on August 28 and will amount to 65 million euros

Logista obtained a net profit of 193.4 million euros in the first nine months of its fiscal year (from October 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023), which represents an increase of 35.8% compared to the same period of the previous year, as reported by the company to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) this Friday.
Group revenues increased by 8.8%, to 9,149.8 million euros, while economic sales did so by 38.3%, to 1,260.3 million euros, due to improvements in all geographies and activities.
Likewise, the adjusted operating profit (adjusted Ebit) reached 273.3 million euros, which represents an increase of 19.6% compared to the first nine months of the previous year, while the operating profit increased by 8.8%, reaching 216.8 million euros.
The company has detailed that the first nine months of fiscal year 2023 have taken place in a “complex” macroeconomic and geopolitical context, although it has stressed that “it has obtained good results and has achieved increases in the main headings of its income statement”.
Logista’s board of directors has agreed to distribute an interim cash dividend for the year 2023, which will be paid on August 28 and will amount to 65 million euros, for a fixed unit amount of 0.48 euros gross for each share, which represents an increase of 14% over the interim dividend paid in the previous year.
Payment will be made through Iberclear and Banco Santander will act as the paying entity, as reported this Friday by Logista to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
