NEW YORK — A 17-year-old Piscataway teen was arrested on attempted rape charges over the weekend in New York City, according to reports.

The teen was found on a nearby bench and taken to a hospital for treatment of deep scratches he received to his chest when the woman fought back, according to PIX11.com. Hospital workers then called police.
