North Korea fired a second “ballistic missile”, the South Korean news agency Yonhap announced on Wednesday, which had reported a few minutes earlier on the launch of a first “unidentified ballistic missile” towards the east.

The two firings are the latest in a series of weapons tests this year that amount to a snub to international sanctions against Pyongyang, and come as US President Joe Biden wraps up a trip to South Korea and Japan.
