Mr. King was arrested six months ago to the day, on February 18, as several police forces worked to put an end to the demonstration against sanitary measures which had monopolized the streets of downtown Ottawa for three weeks.

The accused had retained the services of a new lawyer last week to help him obtain his parole, which he has already been denied on more than one occasion.

A host of criminal charges loom against the Albertan, including mischief, intimidation and obstructing police work.
