ALBANY — The Black History Month Cultural Expo and Vendor Fair took place at the Empire State Plaza Concourse on Wednesday.

It celebrated the achievements by black Americans and recognizes their central role in US History.

Participants enjoyed exhibits, venders and performers.

It was presented by the New York Office of General Services with support from the New York State Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation and Mildred Elley.
