TRENTON — A Hamilton man is facing charges he exchanged illicit photos with a 15-year-old girl, police said.
Jose Portilla-Garcia, 22, was charged with distributing obscene material to a minor and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say the allegations came to light during another investigation by Detective Craig Kirk, Fenomenbet but declined to provide any other details.
Portilla-Garcia was taken into custody at police headquarters early Wednesday.
