When there is a power outage, the government reminds us that it is important not to open the doors of refrigeration appliances.

In the event of a breakdown lasting more than 6 hours, sorting is required to avoid food poisoning. Foods in the freezer, on the other hand, can be kept for 24 to 48 hours. Once the electricity has been restored, however, it will be necessary to check the defrosting status of the food.
