The board of directors of the pharmaceutical company Rovi has agreed to distribute a dividend of 1.29 gross euros per share on July 5, which means the total distribution of almost 70 million euros in charge of the accounts for the 2022 financial year.
The net amount of this dividend, after discounting the corresponding tax withholding, will be 1.05 euros per share.
June 30 is the last trading day for the shares with the right to participate in the distribution, while July 3 is the date from which the shares will be traded without the right to receive the dividend (ex date).
Payment will be made through Iberclear and Banco Santander will act as the paying entity, as reported by the pharmaceutical company to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) on Monday.
The Rovi group closed 2022 with a year-on-year increase of 30% in its net profit and 26% in revenue, although it announced that after the end of the pandemic, for 2023, the results could fall between 10% and a fifteen%.
