BARCELONA, Nov. 3 (EUROPA PRESS) – The Banco Sabadell group has appointed Javier García del Río as general director of Sogeviso, following the death of Toni Sorolla, who held the position until now, the entity explained in a statement this week. Friday.
García del Río was a director of the company between 2015 and 2019 and between 2020 and 2022 he was CEO and executive president of the Asset Management Company from Bank Restructuring (Sareb).
The manager “will continue the work carried out by the company, reinforcing its role as manager of affordable rental housing parks” and promoting new developments through public-private collaboration.
Sogeviso has a portfolio of 3,000 affordable rental homes under management within the framework of the Community of Madrid’s Plan Vive and in different projects located in Catalonia.
The president of the company, Miguel Montes, explained that the incorporation of García del Río will allow the company “to continue being a key agent in promoting housing solutions through effective collaboration” with public administrations, investors and real estate operators. .
