BARCELONA, 19 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The consulting firm Seidor has closed the purchase of the company specialized in IT services and consulting in the public sector Gesein to strengthen its position in this market, it reported this Friday, in which it did not reveal the amount of the transaction.
Gesein has a staff of 350 employees and “has a high specialization” in the public sector, especially in the General State Administration.
The operation is part of Seidor’s strategy to grow “organically and inorganically, both nationally and internationally”.
In 2022, Gesein obtained a turnover of 20 million euros, and its current general director, Santiago Aranda, will assume the position of director of the Public Sector division of Seidor in Madrid.
The CEO of Seidor, Josep Benito, has explained that the operation allows “to continue providing innovative solutions focused on strengthening the business and institutional fabric”.
