It is with great caution that the Senate has addressed, Tuesday, the draft law introducing the tax on digital, better known under the name of “tax Gafa” and scope by the minister of Economy, Bruno Le Maire. In its report on the text, AlbĂ©ric de Montgolfier (LR) pointed out that this new levy of 3 % on a portion of the turnover achieved in France groups digital “continues imperfectly a relevant purpose”.
