David Springsteen of Albany cleared snow off his girlfriend’s grandmother’s car Thursday amid a heavy snowfall in the city and surrounding areas — some hit much harder than others. Guilderland, for instance, saw 16.3 inches, as Wilton only got 2.7. As well as slippery road conditions that caused several accidents, the storm canceled 17 departing flights and 16 arriving flights at Albany International Airport.
