All of a sudden, J.J. Watt is showing off girlfriend Kealia Ohai every chance he gets, even at the grocery store.
In a photo obtained Tuesday by Terez Owens, the couple of nearly a year appeared to be in good spirits as they browsed through a Pick-N-Save in Pewaukee, Wis., Watt’s hometown. Watt acknowledged their relationship for the first time last month when he whisked Ohai off to Mexico for her birthday and gushed about his gal pal on social media.

Ohai, the sister-in-law of Watt’s Houston Texans teammate Brian Cushing, has spoken about their relationship publicly, but Watt previously had tried to keep his personal life under wraps. Apart from the time he accidentally outed their relationship with a Christmas-time Snapchat featuring Ohai’s “K” stocking hung above the fireplace.
Ohai, a soccer star who has appeared with the US women’s national team, confirmed in October she and Watt were dating.
“I’ve known J.J. for a really long time, and we’ve always been really great friends,” Ohai said on the “2 Up Front” podcast.
Watt previously was linked to actress Kate Hudson and tennis beauty Caroline Wozniacki.
