Whether national letters of intent are digitally emailed (boring!) or submitted old-school style through a fax machine as more still are than you would think, today is the day that 2017 recruiting classes officially take shape.
Subject to last-minute changes, Rutgers is expected to unveil a class ranked in the Top 45 nationally by recruiting services Rivals.com and Scout.com. But verbal commitments are just non-binding intentions until the pen goes to paper on National Signing Day.
