Do you have Tom Brady’s Super Bowl 51 game-worn jersey?
Because he doesn’t.
After the the New England Patriots beat the Atlanta Falcons 34-28 in an historic overtime comeback, Brady made his way to the team’s locker room, where he said he took off his jersey and “absolutely, 100-percent put it in my bag.”
Brady and teammates spent at least 15 minutes looking for the No. 12 jersey, but it wasn’t to be found. Yahoo Sports has video of Brady as he realizes it’s missing.
As he walked out of NRG Stadium in Houston, Brady was asked by USA TODAY Sports if he had managed to locate the jersey during his extensive search.
“No,” he replied. “It is going to be on eBay soon, I guess.”
