MADRID, 3 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Taxpayers can request a prior appointment for telephone assistance from the 2022 Income Campaign starting this Wednesday, although the preparation and presentation of returns through this route begins on Friday, May 5.

The deadline for submitting this Campaign will end on June 30 for declarations both to be deposited and to be returned, although the deadline for declarations to be deposited with direct debit will end on June 27.

The telephone attention for the preparation and presentation of declarations (“We call you” plan) begins this May 5, with an appointment request from May 3, and the face-to-face attention in offices begins on June 1, with a request for Appointment from May 25.

Thus, in addition to filing online through the agency’s website (www.agenciatributaria.es) and the mobile application, taxpayers less accustomed to new technologies that require personalized assistance will once again have this year in the plan ‘ We call you’ an alternative also to face-to-face assistance in offices.

In this campaign, the ‘We call you’ plan for making returns by telephone will maintain the reinforced capacity of recent years, which in the last campaign allowed more than 1,076,000 returns to be made and continued to be the main means of personalized assistance to taxpayers, in this campaign maintains its operating calendar.

The ‘We call you’ plan will start on May 5, with an appointment request from May 3 and service until the end of the campaign, so that taxpayers less used to new technologies who require personalized assistance will once again have a powerful alternative to face-to-face assistance in branches, being able to speed up the presentation and, with it, the possible return that corresponds.

Once the taxpayer requests an appointment – the request is recommended online or through the automatic service at 91 535 73 26, or at 901 12 12 24 – and chooses morning or afternoon hours, the system proposes a day and an hour in which you will receive the call from the Tax Agency.

“In favor of the service’s own agility, it is very convenient for the taxpayer to have the necessary information and documentation available to make the declaration when the Agency calls them,” the agency advises.

In this Campaign, the Tax Agency expects to enter 16,448 million euros, 5.6% more than the previous year, while the amount to be returned will fall by 2.4%, to 9,946 million.
