MADRID, 25 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The National Securities and Markets Commission (CNMV) has “precautionarily” suspended the trading of Innovative Solutions Ecosystem shares in the stock market interconnection system, as reported in a statement.

Likewise, the CNMV has pointed out that those other securities that give the right to the subscription, acquisition or sale of the entity are also suspended while relevant information about it is disseminated.

The reason given for its suspension has been the “withholding of privileged information” and it has been launched “with immediate effect”. The CNMV has explained that this suspension occurs “pending the submission of the annual accounts”, since they are still in the finalization of the audit process at the end of the financial year.

Until June, the technology company had reduced its losses by 7%, to 2.9 million euros, and aspired to resume the ‘black numbers’ in 2024, thanks to the refocusing of the business and the growth in sales. The former ServicePoint, which acquired the firm specializing in electoral processes Scytl during its bankruptcy period, has refocused its business as a result of the pandemic.
