The Ibex 35 began this Friday’s session, the last of the week, with a fall of 0.86%, which has led it to lose the psychological level of 11,300 integers, reaching 11,213.3 points, and dyed ‘red’ almost completely.
Minutes after the start of trading, the Madrid Stock Exchange increased its fall to 1.19% and even abandoned the level of 11,200 points, up to 11,176.4 points.
Investors will be watching Sacyr today, which has raised 222 million euros in the capital increase that it launched this Thursday afternoon with the aim of promoting the development of its highway concession projects around the world.
Likewise, they will be attentive to Acciona Energía, which yesterday, after the closing of the stock market, lowered the forecasts announced at the beginning of the year regarding the gross operating result (Ebitda) that it will register for the entire year 2024, due to the current forecasts of prices and production lower than expected.
Precisely, at the start of this trading day, the biggest declines were recorded by Acciona Energía (-6.52%) and Sacyr (-4.55%), followed by Acciona (-4.08%), Fluidra (-2, 18%) and Solaria Energía (-1.73%), while the only ‘green lantern’ was Acerinox, which appreciated by 0.1%, until its shares were exchanged at 10.13 euros.
The main European stock markets also opened today’s day with falls, of 0.9% for Milan, 0.82% for London, 0.8% for Frankfurt and 0.57% for Paris.
The price of a barrel of Brent quality oil, a reference for the Old Continent, fell 0.1% at the opening of the European markets, to 81.28 dollars, while Texas stood at 76.75 dollars. 0.16% less.
In the foreign exchange market, the price of the euro against the dollar remained at 1.0816 ‘greenbacks’, while in the debt market the interest required on the 10-year Spanish bond fell to 3.346%.
