MADRID, 22 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –
Tubacex has informed this Wednesday in a statement to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) that its president, Manuel Moreu Munaiz, will no longer be a member of the company’s Audit and Compliance Commission.
Specifically, this decision was agreed upon by the board of directors of Tubacex at its meeting this Tuesday, May 21.
Last March, the board of directors of Tubacex accepted the resignation of Francisco Javier GarcĂa Sanz as non-executive president and director, and appointed Manuel Moreu Munaiz, who was then vice president of the company, as president.
Moreu Munaiz is currently president of Seaplace, sole administrator of Heath Wind, of H.I. of Iberia Engineering and Projects, and of Howard Engineering and Development, in addition to being a member of the Spanish Committee of Lloyd’s Register EMEA.
