The man who slashed tires on dozens of vehicles in Valley Glen can be seen cutting one tire after another on surveillance video released today.

The suspect — described as a white or Hispanic man who appears to be in his 30s — can be seen going from vehicle to vehicle, methodically stabbing tires during the early morning hours of Monday, Feb. 7, Officer Mike Lopez of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Section said.

More than two dozen vehicles were targeted, according to reports from the scene.

The man slashed the tires of vehicles on the 5700 blocks of Woodman and Mammoth avenues, between Collins and Hatteras streets in the suburban community of Valley Glen.

Lily Shlyakman said the vandal damaged the tires on her car and her father’s.

“We were just like, ‘Whoa, what’s going on?” she told FOX11 after the tire slashings were discovered.

Kerry Remsen was another victim.

“It’s so disgusting and so rude, Remsen told CBS2. “I thought it was just mine. I thought maybe someone was mad at me.”

LAPD detectives are seeking the public’s help in finding the Valley Glen tire slasher seen in the video.
