The Vidrala board of directors has agreed to distribute a complementary dividend of 0.336 euros gross per share on July 14, charged to the results corresponding to the financial year 2022, as reported by the company to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) on Wednesday. ).
July 12 is the date from which the shares will be traded without the right to receive the dividend (‘ex date’), while payment will be made through Iberclear and BBVA will act as the paying entity.
In 2022, Vidrala achieved a profit of 153.7 million euros, which represented an increase of 5.8% compared to the profits of the previous year, which were 145.2 million euros.
