Zurich Seguros has presented the three pillars of its strategy for the period between 2023 and 2025 and that values ​​the company’s human team, as reported by the insurer through a press release.

Specifically, the new strategy involves basing the company’s growth on an offer of technological solutions and on becoming a “stronger” digital partner.

The insurer is also developing new commercial distribution models, both in the mediated and direct channels, where the use of data and integrations will be essential to offer its customers better digital experiences.

In addition, the teams have been reinforced with 25 professionals specializing in the business of large companies, as well as in strategic growth areas such as Madrid, to improve skills and make processes more flexible with the firm purpose of being the most accessible insurer for mediation, facilitating the business of different customer segments.

Another fundamental piece of its strategy will be the “emotional connection” with customers, managing to anticipate their needs with personalized proposals adjusted to new demands, more aligned with the lifestyle, more sustainable and responsible with the planet.
