The Council of State has handed over Friday, his opinion regarding the amendments tabled by opponents of the proposed law. The PS and Ecolo-Groen ask already that discussions on the text to resume in plenary session of the Chamber.
The CD&V, N-VA and Vlaams Belang had requested and obtained a week ago was sent to the State Council a second series of amendments to the proposal of the PS co-signed by members of parliament, Ecolo-Groen, sp.a, MR, Open Vld, PTB, and Challenge. They were hoping to so delay the vote after the recess.
