The secret to a hot sex life is ice cold.

A frigid new fad is prompting Brits to literally freeze their tails off — in order to boost their libido and improve skin condition down under.

The “Love Mist” at the Ainscow Spa in Manchester uses a liquid nitrogen tank to blast genitals with -160 degrees of cold air, The Sun reported.

The nitrogen is filtered and turned into vapor during the chilly 30-minute treatment, which costs about $62.

“When the sub-zero temperature covers the skin, the sudden drop in heat stimulates the temperature receptors” and enhances the person’s sex drive, the spa claims.

The brain also transmits messages to the body to constrict blood vessels, promoting faster blood flow and jacking up endorphin levels, creating a natural high.

When the skin is frozen, the brain sends signals for the body to begin repairing damaged tissue.

“It’s this that along with the instant endorphin level energy boost and natural high, generates a tighter, youthful, clear and vibrant genital skin appearance through boosting collagen,” the spa claimed.

Cryotherapy is popular among athletes as an alternative to ice baths to help muscle soreness, but has recently gained attention as an anti-aging procedure.
