Alianna, who has mental-health issues, got onto an RTA bus about 6:45 a.m. Thursday in the 3400 block of East 149th Street.

She got off the bus on her way to school and was last seen at East 93rd and Kinsman. She was captured on a surveillance video getting off the bus and walking near McDonald’s at the intersection about 6:52 a.m., police said.

She never made it to the restaurant.

The FBI, the state Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Adult Parole Authority all assisted Cleveland police in investigating the case.
