PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania — A man is facing multiple charges after police say he was found drunk behind the wheel of a stolen car with his pants down and wearing pink lingerie.

Daniel Marchese, 51, has been charged with theft, indecent exposure, aggravated assault, weapons violations, and driving under the influence in connection with the Monday afternoon incident, wpxi.com reports.

A report from University of Pittsburgh police obtained by The Smoking Gun shows Marchese had stopped a four-door Buick in the middle of a busy city intersection and was in and out of consciousness.

In the report, police say Marchese’s sweat pants had been lowered to the middle of this thighs and that he was wearing pink lingerie. His private parts also were exposed.

When two officers woke up Marchese and attempted to arrest him, he began cursing and yelling racial slurs. Officers were able to handcuff his hands behind his back.

However, the report says Marchese became “dead weight” as officers tried to move him, then when on the ground he began to kick and flail at the officers. He did managed to kick one officer in the stomach three times as he was moved.

Marchese was put into a squad car, but continued to scream curses and racial slurs, and kicked at the window glass, the report says. He also banged his head against the window. Officers eventually put a painter’s mask on Marchese to prevent him from spitting on them.

According to the Pittsburgh Tribune, Marchese threatened to get an AK-47, saying “You’re going to see what happens then.”

The Tribune reports police found two firearms in the vehicle, which had been reported stolen 90 minutes earlier. An open bottle of whiskey was found by the driver’s seat.

He is being held in the the Allegheny County Jail on $35,000 bail, reports say. The Smoking Gun reports he has been arrested several times in the past on charges involving drugs, alcohol, theft, and endangering the welfare of a child.
