A Duquesne man was acquitted on all counts related to a 2013 double homicide, the Allegheny County District Attorney's office announced.

Michael Robinson, 30, was accused of killing Tyrone Coleman and Lawrence Short in May 2013 in Duquesne. The District Attorney's office had intended to pursue a death sentence before announcing in January that it decided not to.

A jury acquitted Robinson on Tuesday in Common Pleas Court.
