A civilian NYPD employee was found shot to death in his Bath Beach home earlier this evening, cops say.

The 66-year-old victim was discovered by his daughter inside of his garage at Bay 8th Street in Brooklyn with a gunshot wound to the chest.

The suspect is believed to have fled in a the victim’s blue 2015 Ford Mustang, which had been stolen from the garage.

Sources say the man was employed by the Management Facilities Division of the NYPD, which is responsible for building work, and is a civilian-staffed department.

Cops located the victim’s Mustang in Brownsville later this evening and hope to identify the perp using surveillance footage from the immediate area.
