Grand theft vehicle, W. 117th Street: Three juveniles stole a car about 9:30 p.m. Feb. 12 from the parking lot of a Shell gas station. Cleveland police were provided with a description of the car and suspects.
Hit-skip crash, Waterbury Road: A resident said she parked her car in the street about 5 p.m. Feb. 11 and came out about 1 p.m. Feb. 12 to discover someone had struck her car on the driver’s side. The car’s mirror was about 50 feet away from the vehicle. Police found no evidence from the hit-skip car.
Theft, Waterbury Road: An apartment resident about 9 a.m. Feb. 14 reported discovering the rims and tires were taken from his parked vehicle.
Drug paraphernalia, Parkside Drive: Police at 9:45 a.m. Feb. 14 investigated information about parties possibly smoking marijuana in a vehicle. Police arrested two men for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Burglary, Mars Avenue: Shortly after noon Feb. 14 police responded to an apartment complex to investigate laundry machines that had been broken into.
Petty theft, Berea Road: Police were called Feb. 14 to a parking lot about two unlocked cars that had been entered and rummaged through. Items were taken out of one of the vehicles.
Fraud, Westlake Avenue: A resident Feb. 14 told police someone used his credit card information to buy airline tickets.
Weapons offense, Cook Avenue: Police responded just before 1 a.m. Feb. 12 to a report of a fight in a driveway. A patrol car stopped a vehicle as it was leaving the scene. Officers arrested an adult male for driving under suspension, carrying a concealed weapon and having an open container. Police impounded a firearm and license plates from the vehicle.
Petty theft, Clifton Boulevard: Drug store employees called police about 4:55 a.m. about a woman leaving the store without paying for shampoo or body wash. She was last seen in a silver vehicle headed eastbound on Clifton.
Petty theft from auto, Lake Avenue: Someone broke into a vehicle parked in a lot outside a restaurant the evening of Feb. 12. A number of items were missing and the suspect left a brick inside the car.
