The privileged son of an Upper East Side anesthesiologist was found hanged at the home he shared with fellow students attending an exclusive college preparatory school in England, according to published reports.

The body of Luigi Trent-Paroli, 20, was discovered by his roommate on Jan. 19 and pronounced dead soon after paramedics arrived, The Sun reported Thursday.

Trent-Paroli wrote a suicide note on his laptop before taking his life, Coroner Darren Salter testified during a judicial inquiry Wednesday.

Salter refused to release the contents of the letter or any other details about the suicide during the five-minute hearing.

Trent-Paroli had been studying at the Oxford Tutorial College, which prepares international students for the rigors of the world’s top universities.

His father, Dr. Leonardo Paroli, flew to Oxford, England, from New York to identify the body.

Paroli is currently the assistant attending anesthesiologist at the Hospital for Special Surgery on the Upper East Side.

The hospital is known for treating famous athletes from the New York Giants, the Mets and the Knicks.
