The Data Protection Authority (DPA), the League of Human Rights (LDH) and Amnesty International warned Tuesday the mps against the risks in terms of privacy that includes the proposal for a law creating a bank of data which is used for the tracing of persons contaminated by the covid-19. The designers of the tool currently being used, they put forward the need of an efficient and handy.

Since the end of April, the bank of data used in the context of the plot call of the people infected with the virus and their contacts is based on an order of special powers. Its validity was extended until 30 June. By then, a proposed law must be passed to provide a legal framework for this tool.
