A St. Clair Township man was arrested Wednesday on charges he operated a methamphetamine manufacturing operation at his home that was raided last week by members of the Westmoreland County Drug Task Force.
Devin Richard Hughes, 36, is being held in the Westmoreland County Prison on $100,000 bail.
Police said Hughes had a small-scale meth-cooking and sales operation inside his mobile home in a residential area. Police seized lighter fluid, ephedrine, used lithium batteries, syringes and other evidence.
Police said they were led to the home by complaints from neighbors.
Hughes is charged with possession with intent to deliver, manufacturing of a controlled substance, operating a meth lab and related offenses. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 24.
