A 69-year-old Fayette County woman died Saturday of injuries she suffered in a two-vehicle crash near Indian Head in Saltlick Township, police said.
Frances E. Ritenour of Normalville was driving on Millertown Road when her vehicle crossed the center line and collided head-on with another vehicle about 1 p.m., state police at Uniontown said.
Ritenour was transported to Conemaugh Medical Center in Johnstown, where she was pronounced dead of blunt-force trauma about 9 p.m., Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees said.
Police did not release the name of the other driver or indicate that anyone else was injured.
