SAN ANTONIO — As predicted by the National Weather Service, rain is creating some “ponding” on roadways Tuesday morning as people head to work across the city.
One particular spot experiencing “ponding” is Interstate 10 near Woodlawn Avenue, where at least one right lane is currently closed due to water on the road.
Motorists should expect traffic delays in the area.
There are at least 17 emergency road closures as of 7:55 a.m. Tuesday. You can see which roads are closed here.
The National Weather Service said the rain will likely subside around noon Tuesday, with little-to-no rain expected for Tuesday evening.
