Freddy F. Porras, 22, is wanted on a charge of forgery/theft under a warrant dated July 27, 2016, according to the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.
Porras, whose last-known address was in the 700 block of Mansfield Village in Mansfield Township, is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
