OVI, Park East Drive: At 2:35 a.m. Feb. 17, an officer stopped a driver for not driving within marked lanes. During the traffic stop, it was found that the man, 36, of Euclid, was intoxicated and that he had a gun in the car.

The man was charged with OVI, failure to drive within marked lanes, and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Theft, Cedar Road: At 7:40 p.m. Feb. 16, police arrested two girls, 14-year-olds from Cleveland and Willoughby, and a Cleveland woman, 28, for theft at Dillard’s at Beachwood Place mall, 26300 Cedar Road.

The woman was also charged with contributing to the delinquency of the minors.

Driving under suspension, Green Road: At 12:15 a.m. Feb. 18, a car driven by a Cleveland woman, 26, was stopped for speeding. Additionally, the woman was cited for driving under suspension, not wearing a seat belt, and possession of marijuana.

Theft, Cedar Road: At 3:45 p.m. Feb. 19, police arrested a Cleveland woman, 24, for stealing two clothing items from Pink at Beachwood Place. The total value of the merchandise is $93.

Marijuana possession, Amhearst Circle: At 4:30 p.m. Feb. 20, officers found two youths in a parked car in possession of marijuana.

Cited were a boy, 17, and a girl, 16, both of Beachwood.
