A woman is accused of breaking into a home she previously lived at and stealing items from a former roommate.
Charged is Melanee Clossey, 45, no current address provided.
Colonial Regional police officers at 6:08 p.m. April 13 were dispatched to the 100 block of East Northampton Street in Bath. Clossey was described as fleeing the home with a man in a GMC Terrain headed east on Route 248 toward Nazareth.
Police said Clossey entered the home by cutting a window screen. Once inside, she stole an estimated $849 worth of clothing and person hygiene items from the female victim. Items ran the gamut from a $40 pair of denim jeans to more than $100 worth of toddler shoes to a $6 box of toothpaste.

Clossey knew the victim. Police said she has been staying at the home with the victim and was asked to leave earlier that day.
She then began texting the victim she broke into the home and would be retrieving Clossey’s personal belongings. But police said the items stolen belonged to the victim and were never returned.
Clossey is charged with burglary, theft and receiving stolen property. She was arraigned before District Judge Patricia Broscius, who set bail at $10,000. In lieu of bail, Clossey was taken to Northampton County Prison.
