A person was shot and injured in Odenton on Monday evening, police said.
The victim was found around 6 p.m. in the 1300 block of Tenbrook Road in the Chapelgate community, according to police.
The victim was taken to a hospital and was alert and conscious and in stable condition, police said. The suspect fled and is believed to be known to the victim.
Police had no further information.
