Four men were wounded in shootings Friday on the Far South and South sides, police said.

The first shooting happened about 10:50 a.m. in the 300 block of East 134th Street in the Eden Green neighborhood, said Officer Michelle Tannehill, a Chicago police spokeswoman.

The man, reportedly in his 20s, suffered a wound to the stomach area and was taken in critical condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Tannehill said.

The latest attack happened about 7:45 p.m. in the 300 block of East Kensington Avenue in the West Pullman neighborhood.

Police said a 23-year-old man was shot in the left calf, but where he was taken for treatment was not immediately available. The man’s condition was reportedly stabilized.

About 6 p.m., a man was seriously wounded in a shooting in the 1400 block of West 71st Street in the Englewood neighborhood.

According to preliminary reports, the victim, 31, was shot in the chest, and taken in critical condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, police said.

About 1 p.m., a 23-year-old man was shot in the Gresham neighborhood in the 800 block of West 76th Street, police said.

The victim was walking down the street when he heard shots, felt pain and realized he was grazed on the  left leg. He was taken to St. Bernard Hospital in good condition.

No one was in custody for any of the attacks, and police were investigating.
