Financial firm Tullett Prebon is relocating its office in lower Manhattan. The interdealer broker has reached a deal to move from 199 Water St. into about 125,000 square feet at 200 Vesey St. in Brookfield Place.
The firm will take the 51-story tower’s entire fifth floor and a portion of the sixth floor in the deal, which stretches for 15 years. Asking rent for the space was in the high $50s per square foot. The London-based firm plans to make the move into the new space next year.

Brookfield Place, the sprawling five-building complex in lower Manhattan owned by Brookfield Office Properties, has attracted several large tenants in recent years.
Scott Panzer and Shannon Rzeznikiewicz, brokers at JLL, represented Tullett in the deal. Brookfield was represented in house.
Late last year Tullett finished a $1.6 billion acquisition of rival ICAP, which itself just struck a deal to move its New York City space. As Crain’s first reported last year, ICAP is moving to 4 Times Square.
